- Orders will normally be shipped within 24 hours if you place your
order before 10:00 AM (MST). |
| Emergency
Orders - If your order is to be shipped Federal Express or UPS
Red or Blue, we will ship those items provided your order is received
before 12:00 PM (MST). |

| RETURNS |
| While
we try to assure the quality of all our products, on very rare occasions,
a product will get by our quality control department. In this event,
we suggest you call our office and discuss it with us. Should it be
deemed necessary for inspection we will issue an RMA. |
Upon inspection
of the product received, we will either repair, replace, refund,
or issue a credit to your account.

claims of shipping damage, concealed or otherwise, must be made directly
to the carrier AT TIME OF RECEIPT, or as soon as possible thereafter. |
